Targeted Earlier Intervention Caseworker – Weave Woolloomooloo
We are seeking a Targeted Earlier Intervention Caseworker to join our Weave Woolloomooloo team and provide intensive wrap-around case management for families with children aged 0-12 years and young people aged 12 - 25 years, predominantly from the Woolloomooloo, Darlinghurst and Kings Cross area. Case Management includes but is not limited to therapeutic and practical assistance, housing support, AOD and mental health support, information and referral, education assistance, access to support services, activities, groups, projects, and events.
Creating Futures Bail Advocacy Program Youth & Family Caseworker
We are seeking a Youth & Family Caseworker to work alongside the Bail Advocacy Program team at the ALS and provide comprehensive, holistic, client-centred, casework support to Aboriginal young people aged 10-17 years or those over 17 who still have matters in the Children’s Court, who have criminal matters or who are at risk of police contact.
