About the role:

You will provide high quality, casework and counselling support to young people with complex needs and trauma histories. You will work in a trauma informed, highly responsive, proactive and innovative way, and develop collaborative relationships with other Weave team members and other services to ensure holistic support to young people experiencing co-existing mental health and AOD issues.

You will feel highly supported through regular supervision, access to peer review, opportunities for training and development and a friendly and experienced team around you.

Strong casework and counselling experience with young people with complex issues is required and experience working with Aboriginal young people and communities will be highly valued.

Classification for this position is SCHADS Award Level 4 Paypoint 1-4 depending on qualifications and experience. Hourly rate range: $39.76 – $42.78 per hour depending on qualifications and experience plus significant salary packaging benefits.
