Support for Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal people pre and post-release. Must live in or have a strong connection to the City of Sydney.

We offer advocacy with external agencies and general support to local Woolloomooloo, Kings Cross and Darlinghurst residents.

At Weave, we are committed to creating a robust community framework that builds emotional and physical strength, and promotes resilience in people.

We’re committed to connecting people and the wider community, and strengthening the bonds that reduce social isolation.

We provide emotional and practical support for children, young people and families at all life stages – from early intervention and prevention programs working with families, through to programs supporting people with complex issues in their lives.
