Established in 2016. In 2023, Weave Woolloomooloo will be dedicated to creating a warm, safe and supportive youth friendly space, where young people from the local community can come and access support and engage in projects and activities that empower them to change their lives.  Read a letter from our Weave Woolloomooloo Program Manager Kat on the exciting changes here. Weave Woolloomooloo provides case management and counselling for young people aged 12 to 24 and young families with children in their care aged under 12, with priority given to people living in Woolloomooloo, Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. We will also be offering creative and innovative youth led projects, events and groups that meet the needs of young people and build the capacity and cohesion of the community.
