Are you eligible for counselling?
Speak Out counselling is a FREE and confidential service, offering counselling and advice to those 12 -28 years experiencing coexisting issues around alcohol and drug use and mental health experiences.
The following services are offered by the Speak Out counselling team:
- Short and long term counselling
- Information and education about mental health or drug and alcohol use
- Individual,group or family sessions.
- Outreach counselling
- Individual, group and family counselling sessions.
The Speak Out Counselling Team
Our counselling team is comprised of two very highly skilled and empathic counsellors who specialise in working with young people. We are here to chat with you about anything that is on your mind. We can support you with issues such as:
- Family conflict
- Alcohol and Other Drugs
- Parenting advice
- Relationship issues
- Grief and bereavement
- Adjustment to separation and divorce
- Liaising with schools
- Self esteem
- Self harm
- Eating Disorders
- Post Traumatic Stress
How do I access Speak Out counseling?
Call 9318 0539, ask to speak with a counsellor and we’ll go through our intake process with you.
We can provide counseling from our office in Waterloo and can also do outreach sessions over time in appropriate locations.
Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.00pm.
